The roof seems to gently float above the structure of the house and brings with it an aura of excitement and freshness. The continuous wavy form is all you can think about until you enter into the residence and notice how the simplicity of the interior adds to its magnetic presence.
A beautiful fireplace with a spot for the stacked firewood next to it and a large window seat that doubles as a tranquil reading nook complete the setting. The large residence was designed for a modern family with four boys and it is the rear wing of the house that holds the four bedrooms for the teenagers along with additional living space and and outdoor hangout. It is the entry pavilion that contains the main living space with the master suite above and leads to the kitchen and dining wing. All the socials zones flow into the courtyard and pool deck where the family can come together after a long hard day.
The entire prefab was built off-site in a factory in the capital and brought to Pueblo Eden as two individual units. Putting it all together did not take much time at all. Saving cost resources and making construction of homes a lot easier in remote locations the creative prefab does not compromise on aesthetics whatsoever. Its beautiful wooden exterior and timber interior feels both modern and inviting even as the stone walls it sits on minimize environmental impact.

The arrangement of spaces is truly unique with emphasis being placed on a smart indoor-outdoor interplay where one complements the other. But the balance of elements does not end there with the solid concrete walls and flooring of the upper levels standing contrast to the seemingly weightless glazed ground level!
The slanted roof of the house is another striking feature that sets it apart from the many mundane homes that you come across. Despite its more modest outward appeal on the inside each room of the house is much larger than one anticipates and the exceptional roof design creates airy light-filled spaces across the three different levels.
